For Ramadan occasion, the Ladurée Al Bateen terrace transforms into a contemporary Majlis, where the refinement of hospitality meets the design vision of Jwana Hamdan. An immersive experience where heritage and design engage in perfect harmony, shaping a space designed to welcome and connect.
The collaboration with Ladurée, the renowned French maison celebrated worldwide for its refined macarons, brings to life a setting that reinterprets Middle Eastern tradition through a contemporary design lens. Every detail of the installation is meticulously curated, inviting guests to rediscover the art of gathering and sharing.
A timeless Majlis where Italian design reinterprets the essence of hospitality.
The installation is defined by a selection of Jwana Hamdan’s signature pieces, carefully chosen to enhance the evocative atmosphere of the Ladurée Al Bateen terrace.
At the heart of the space is the Majlis On Floor, a modular seating system that reimagines the concept of communal gathering, enriched by the floral motifs of the TriciaPaoluccioxJwanaHamdan capsule collection. Completing the setting, the Maitha lounge chair and Noora lantern, designed by Lorenza Bozzoli, stand alongside the sculptural Amar & Shams low tables—a space suspended between tradition and modernity, where the nomadic essence is elegantly redefined.
